Social Media Curse

✨️We reached an age where technology is running our life.

I appreciate how it made our life easier, and allowed us access to everything but, I feel a big wave of danger heading our way.

💕 Humans are social beings, codependent on each other, whether we realize it or not, whether we like it or not.

The deeper the gap between us, the less we care, and the ugliest the world will be.

✨️Our kids are studying from the screen, and training and meetings are done from behind the screen maybe it is easier, and serves the purpose, but people!! We are missing a lot. We are missing being emotionally connected.  We are missing an eye-to-eye connection. We are missing the presence of human energy in the room.

💕Taking breaks from screens and engaging in physical activities and face-to-face interactions with others can greatly benefit our overall well-being. It’s also important to be mindful of our screen time and make conscious efforts to reduce it as much as possible, especially when we’re spending time with loved ones.

For me, I make sure, or I try my best not to answer any of my kids while I am looking at the screen.

For a bedtime story, I read from a paper book, not an eBook

When we sit for lunch, all devices are far away from the dining table, I and Fayez don’t answer any calls.

When I miss someone, I call to check on them, and during gatherings, I do not check my phone

✨️ Genuinely living our lives, with real-life connections and experiences, is crucial for our mental health and stability. Let’s all make an effort to prioritize face-to-face interactions and physical activities in our daily lives.

💕Don’t let virtual life take away from your real life. Your time is so valuable, and make sure you spend it right.♥️♥️♥️
